SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping will be calculated based on the quantity ordered, and will be displayed when checking out. All shipping rates are subject to change based on pricing fluctuations.
SHIPPING: Perma-grip® USA will make every effort to ship all orders the same day if orders are received before 2:00 PM, CST.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
SALES TAX: Sales tax will be charged for all orders placed within the state of Minnesota.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY:
We will refund to you the entire purchase price of any UNOPENED and UNUSED item for any reason. Simply request via e-mail a return authorization, pack the item up, and mail or ship it back to us to the address you will be given once you receive the authorization. Please enclose a note or copy of your invoice so that we can promptly credit your account. We will credit you the same way as you paid us (credit card). You are still responsible for the freight charges both to you and back to us. All freight charges are credited if the mistake was ours.
